  1. Hmh, ser spennende ut. Bygger på noe lignende jeg gjør, bare at jeg trener 3 rene uker med hypertrofi, og 1 ren uke med styrke, så kjenner jeg an om jeg vil trene 12-16 reps, full kontakt i uke 5, men med forskellige splitter hver 3. måned ca.
